Bring us a stone, a sketch, or a memory. Our jewelers design and finish one-of-one commissions — and nothing leaves the bench until it is right.
Three conversations, one piece
Most commissions take four to eight weeks. Hard-to-source stones can take twelve to fourteen.
Inspiration and consultation
Explore our designs or bring your own. A consultant walks you through metal, stone, and setting, then sketches the first concepts with you in the room.
Design and approval
Our artisans work the sketch into a detailed design and a computer rendering. Two revisions are included; nothing is cut or cast until you have signed off on the final rendering.
Craftsmanship and delivery
The piece is made at our bench, stone by stone, and finished by hand. It is boxed and delivered ready to wear — with a complimentary resizing if it needs one.

Heirloom resets
Your grandmother's stone, worn again.
We love working with family stones. Every heirloom diamond or gemstone is inspected in detail before we touch it, so we can tell you honestly whether it will survive being reset.
Old gold you are not wearing can be credited toward the new piece. If you would rather keep the metal, we remove the stones carefully and return the gold to you.
All custom orders are non-refundable, and the balance falls due on completion. Everything we make is covered for life against manufacturing defects.
